• A valid shipping receipt with a Track & Trace number must be provided to confirm that the return has been sent.

Elora-Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

• All return shipments are processed at our international warehouse in China.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
• As this concerns an international return, shipping fees may be higher than domestic returns. We recommend checking the expected postage costs before proceeding.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Email us at support@elora-boutique.co.uk and include clear photos showing the issue.
• Once verified, Elora-Boutique will provide a suitable solution, which may include a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
