2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We apply fixed shipping rates per destination. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Example delivery estimates:
United Kingdom: Free shipping, average delivery time 6–9 business days.
Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping, average delivery time 6–9 business days.

We work with recognised global couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


3. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

Elora-Boutique is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen after delivery, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, the customer may request an investigation with the carrier. We will assist where possible.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.


5. Shipping Location & Customs

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier(s) to reduce unnecessary storage, packaging, and transportation costs, allowing us to offer competitive prices.
